MUCH PRAYER

Increased unity in the church family. A growing love for one another and unbelievers. The pastor’s preaching gets better and better. People are more willing to get involved in the ministry of the church and to be a functioning part of the Body of Christ. These are just some of the spiritual blessings congregations have experienced when their volume of prayer is faithfully practiced.  Remember, "The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and His ears are open to their prayers" (I Peter 3:12 NLT).

PRAYER LIST

14 Are any among you sick? They should call for the elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. — James 2:14

Here at First United, we take our needs to the Lord in prayer. We know that prayer works, and we trust in God and hold fast to His promises. If there is someone you would like added to our prayer list, or if you would like someone taken off our prayer list, please contact the church office at  704-376-8014 or send your confidential prayer requests to fupcprayer@aol.com.
