The Fitness Ministry is open to all comers, at no charge. In addition to a faithful corps of about fifteen FUPC members, eight non-FUPC members have participated in this ministry during 2014
Under the able leadership of Deacon William Malone, the Fitness Ministry seeks to improve the physical fitness of participants in three key areas: cardio-conditioning (endurance), strength, and flexibility.

The goal of physical fitness is to empower participants to conduct activities of daily living in accordance with God’s Will.
